Course
Objective:
This
course is an overview of various topics related to the semiconductor
industry. It will cover an introduction
to electronics and semiconductor materials.
It will review the development of semiconductors from the early 50’s
through current day and review the projections for the future. Through this class you should develop an
understanding of the semiconductor industry’s terminology, organization and
employment opportunities.
