Submission Guidelines

All entries must be accompanied by entry form on the back of this page.

Poems:
I - 7 "Titled" Poems

• typed, single spaced (except for stanza break or artistic double-spacing),
• double check spelling and usage (especially foreign language words),

Stories:
I - 2 "Titled" short stories (2,000 word maximum)

• typed, hard copy (submit text on clearly identified pc disc; please, no macs),

Essays/Reviews/Interviews:
I - 2 (2,000 word maximum)

• typed, hard copy (submit text on clearly identified pc disc; please, no macs),
• essays germane to creative writing, the writing process, or literary criticism,
• reviews of books on creative writing, poetry, short stories, creative non-fiction, novels,
• interviews with local creative writers,

Artwork:
Photos - 4X5 Black & White glossy prints, high contrast works best

• no limit on the number of individual submissions, but send your best work,
• please, use a title, date, and photographer's name on each slide,
• subject matter: landscape, still-life, life studies, flowers, action shots,

Cover Art:
Color slides

• please, use a title, date, and photographer's name on each slide.
