Agenda Item: Hiring of Full Time Faculty
Discussion: The chairman announced he was working with the Dean for the composition of the Interviewing committee for he position of Full Time Faculty n Ant.

The dean informed members he will chair the interviewing committee and the composition will be under the guidelines provided by Dr. Friedman. It was suggested that the composition should from the social science as the behavioral science full time faculty

Agenda Item: Task Force Chair Position
Discussion: The chairman announced the position opening of the Task Force Chair for the next academic year. He will send a memo for nominees.

Agenda Item: Other Matters
Discussion: i) The textbook adoption guidelines proposed by the Assoc. V.P ( Donetta Goodall ) was adopted

ii) The latest guidelines on Faculty Evaluation was distributed

iii) Copies of college policy was distributed

iv) The Anthropology special course was approved
