i) Datatel System:
The Datatel system requires all task forces provide a common course number. The Dean will make further information about this available. I will pass this on to the Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment Committee
ii) Prerequisites
All Task Forces should check for accuracy of the pre- requisites for all courses and a report should be send to the Dean. (Refer to Committee)
iii) Posting of Grades
All grades will be posted on the screen using Datatel. The Dean will send us information about it later
iv) Eligibility List
Send eligibility list to the Deans plus asst. Deans. Due before Sept 15

v) D Grade:
The Dean would like to know from all task forces whether their disciplines accept a D grade for graduation (Refer to the CIA committee)
