"ACC Lets Talk" Town Hall Series

The #ACCLetsTalk series is a quarterly discussion designed to bring our diverse communities together to collaborate, confront and explore a variety of topics related to systemic change. Town hall participants will take an active role in helping shape a more equitable and inclusive future in the local neighborhoods, the City of Austin, and the ACC District.

We are excited to invite ACC students, alumni and former students, and the general public to engage in series of conversations that will take place quarterly.

Each program will begin with family-friendly activities hosted by the Millennium Youth Entertainment Complex and will include free refreshments and games.  Children are welcome to stay and participate in the moderated discussion or enjoy the arcade and bowling during the town hall.

#ACCLetsTalk is produced by the ACC’s Alumni Network and IDEAL Center and in association with the Austin Independent School District, Austin Police Department, and Travis County Sheriff’s Department.  The town hall is moderated by ACC alumnus Nelson Linder who is the host of the Tuesday’s edition of the Wake up Call on Austin Community Radio Station KAZI.
