Communication Studies

The ability to communicate is one of the most highly sought skills by employers. Whether you're addressing big crowds or wanting to make a powerful impression to a few people, excellent communication skills are a must. Austin Community College's Communication Studies Program will equip you with the techniques, professional standards, and habits of great communicators. You'll gain experience in oral and nonverbal communication while you learn the finer points of active listening, team work, leadership, and conflict management in a global society.
