Meeting called to order
Incoming President Tobin Wiegand introduced.

2. Agenda Item: ACCCEA 2005 - 2006 Election Results Presenter: Al Kaiser

3: Agenda Item: Committee Appointments Presenter: Tobin Wiegand, President

The Classified Employees Association Representation
Councils/Committees/Task Forces: 2005-2006 was distributed among the group.

Discussion: Tobin thanked the appointees for serving and stressed the importance of Classified Association representation.

Actions: Those not appointed, who are interested in serving, are encouraged to contact appointees to volunteer as alternates.

4. Agenda Item: Retiree Reports Presenters: Eight Individual retirees

Former ACC employees reported that they have traveled the world to locations including Nepal and the Himalayas, Africa, Antarctica, and the Galapagos. One retiree had positive experiences to share about Elder Hostels in Europe, and inter-generational travels with grandchildren. One former employee enjoys taking courses at ACC, and another retiree is now featured as an example of weight-loss success in advertisements for Positive Changes Hypnosis.

5: Agenda Item: Concluding Statements Presenter: Judy Doyen, Parliamentarian

Outgoing Parliamentarian Judy Doyen presented the new Robert's Rules of Order to the incoming Parliamentarian, Judy Green, with instructions that this book shall be passed from one ACCCEA Parliamentarian to the next, for all Parliamentarians to come.
