If you receive the following error message:
"Authentication failed. The SSN or birth date entered does not match the value on file with the user record. Please try again."
Make sure you have entered the information correctly. If the problem persists then you must update your student or employee record.
STUDENTS: To update your student record, complete and submit a Student Data Change
form according to the instructions on the form.
FACULTY/STAFF: To update your employee record, contact the Human Resources Records Department.
