Microcomputer Support Technicians are responsible for coordinating activities with the Help Desk, ACCNet Managers, and the Information Technology Department. We install microcomputer hardware, printers, and software in offices and provide instruction as needed. We also troubleshoot microcomputer hardware and software problems and make or coordinate repairs.
