Room Lease Pricing

1. Hourly Room Rate: $75.00 (Three hour course example:  $75 per hour, 3 hours per week and 16 weeks = $3,600)
2. Facilitator Rate: $10.50* per hour actual class time plus 15 minute set-up per class(Three hour course example: $10.50 per hour, 3.5 hours per week and 16 weeks = $588)$10.50 is the current rate for an ACC Facilitator. The actual cost billed per class hour will depend upon the current hourly rate ACC pays for a Facilitator. A Facilitator will not be hired by ACC if class originates at an ACC location.
3. Connection Fee: $75.00Per semester, per course connection fee.
4. ISDN or PRI lines– ACC will continue to offer ISDN dial-out access on a cost-recovery basis.

Billing and payment

ACC will bill 4Yr Institution at the end of each semester. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
