Administrative Rule

ACC programs and services will conform to applicable federal and state laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation of 1973, as Amended. 

1.    The College may not discriminate against an individual on the basis of disability.

2.    ACC will provide reasonable accommodations to the student's documented disability in order to afford him/her an equal opportunity to participate in the College's programs, courses and activities.
