Value Statement

To protect the rights of the public and employees, Austin Community College District ("ACC" or "the College") will provide an environment that is safe, healthy, and productive.

Administrative Rule

ACC seeks to promote good health among employees as well as to provide a safe learning and working environment.  To protect the health and safety of employees and the public, all ACC facilities shall provide designated smoking and no smoking areas.
