Administrative Rule

 

Austin Community College employs individuals entitled to work in the United States.  In complying with the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), the College prohibits discrimination because of an individual's national origin, citizenship, or intent to become a U.S. citizen.

 

The College demonstrates compliance with the all state and federal laws by following the verification requirements, confirming the right to employment in the United States, and treating all new employees in the same way.
