Value Statement

The Austin Community College District ("ACC" or "the College") will honor its responsibility for the prudent stewardship of public and private funds to which it has been entrusted.

Administrative Rule

During the course of each fiscal year, unanticipated changes may occur within the various College programs and support budgets.  It shall be College policy to provide reasonable and necessary flexibility to enable the President/CEO or designee to have the authority to approve and implement certain budget transfers.
