Value Statement

Austin Community College District fees are consistent with and in compliance with Board Policy. 

Administrative Rule 

1.       In accordance with applicable institutional policy, a transcript of each studentís Austin Community College record is provided upon request, if no outstanding financial obligations exist. 

2.       Austin Community College maintains an official record of credits earned by each student at the College.  The College also maintains official copies of studentís transcripts from other institutions. 

3.       A fee shall be collected for each copy supplied according to the approved current College fee schedule. 

4.       The Director of Admissions and Records or his/her designee may make exceptions to this Rule.
