My hobbies are martial arts, sailing, and boat construction. I hold a first-degree black belt in Beikoku Bushikan Karate. My instructor is Master Nick Juarez (see the link below for the Texas Combat Sports Center). Since I'm interesting in sailing, I am also interested in weather. Here are some links to web sites I found useful or interesting.

Chris White Designs. Chris White is the world's greatest cruising multihull designer.

If I win the lottery, I'm going to buy an Atlantic 55. Here's a picture:

However, the odds of winning the lottery are approximately the same whether you play or don't play, so I hardly ever play.
I also admire the designs of Ian Farrier.

There are some links on Ian's web site to pictures of a home-built F-41.
Here's a guy in Holland who is building an F-39 trimaran. That has three hulls, so it's got to be harder than building a 41-foot catamarran.

As practice for building my own Farrier or Chris White catamaran, I am restoring a 1971 Gulfcoast 29. Check back for pictures.
When I get done, I'm going to build a dinghy, probably like this one.
