Foreign Language Department Overview
In a world becoming
increasing international in its concerns, the ACC Foreign Language Department
is proud of its contributions to introducing students to many of the languages
and cultures of the world. Currently, ACC offers or is developing freshman and
sophomore classes in Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Russian, and
Spanish. In the high–demand language, students can enroll in traditional
courses, distance/on–line courses, hybrid (part traditional/part on–line)
courses in varying lengths (16 week, 8 week, 12 week.) In addition, members of the
department sponsor international film festivals, plays, and international day cultural celebrations.
