Literary Follies 2011 - Illustre-stage presents and Arts & Humanities project in French and English, created and directed by ACC French professor Veronique Mazet. Based on the stories of "Little Red Riding Hood" and "Dom Juan."

The Big Read 2010 - Austin Community College partners with the National Endowment for the Arts to promote literacy in a month-long celebration called The Big Read. ACC invited novelist Julia Alvarez to discuss her book In the Time of the Butterflies.

In 2 the West - Austin Community College presents a collaboration of Creative Writing and Drama students, based on Jim Fritzler's original stage hit inspired by Richard Avedon's photographic essay. Produced by Shelby and Sidney Brammer, directed by Sidney Brammer and Amparo Garcia-Crow.
