This page lists continuing opportunities for volunteer and educational activities at ACC.
Employment
You loved being a student, so now you want to work at ACC? If so, then check out ACC's employment page. There are new job opportunities posted all the time.
Student Recruitment
Community members can help inspire students to take advantage of ACC's low- cost, high quality educational services by providing names of potential students or by speaking or writing about their own educational experiences.
Student Mentoring
As you probably already know, ACC students benefit greatly when successful community members help provide guidance and motivation. If you want to share your knowledge and experience with eager available students, please contact alumni@austincc.edu
Education
Looking to improve the skills that you already have? Want to learn a new profession or become recertified in your current one? Or are you simply seeking a fun and interesting new hobby? Well, if you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then it is time to come back to ACC and discover all of the educational opportunities (including non-credit or for-credit classes in Continuing Education) available.
Program advisory committees:
Many ACC programs have community advisory committees drawn from the career areas for which they are preparing students. These programs appreciate assistance from professionals (like you!) with similar backgrounds to help guide future curriculum. Please contact the academic department relevant to your background.
Please keep checking back in with us as we continue to develop our cadre of opportunities for our alumni. For specific ACC events and special events designed just for our alumni, please go to our News & Events section of the Alumni web site.
