Register & Pay for Classes

Follow this step-by-step guide to register

Watch the registration tutorial for an overview on how to register for classes. Next, follow the steps below. It's important to monitor ACCmail and Online Services in case issues arise with your registration.

Before registration

Find your registration eligibility date

Find registration eligibility date so you known when you can begin registration for the upcoming semester. Classes may fill fast, so register as early as possible. Once you register, you can change your schedule throughout open registration.

Clear student holds

A student hold may prevent you from registering for classes. Check for holds.

Plan your classes

Plan your classes before it’s time to register. Planning tools include your ACC and/or transfer degree plan, schedule planning worksheet (PDF), and the course schedule. The following resources can help you plan:

Plan how you'll pay tuition and fees

Don't be dropped from your classes! Pay your tuition and fees and complete the meningitis requirement before the tuition deadline.

At registration

Log in and register

Online Services allows you to register for classes, pay your tuition, add or drop a course, check your financial aid, and much more. See instructions.

You cannot access the online registration system until your eligibility date. If it's your first time to register, you may find it helpful to review the registration instructions in advance.

Pay your tuition

Tuition and fees are due immediately after you register for classes. Meet your tuition deadline to avoid losing your classes. See online payment instructions.

Review/print your schedule

After you register for classes, review and print the "Registration Results." You will not receive a confirmation email.

Print a copy of your schedule or bring the registration results page when you arrive on campus for the first day of class. You will use the information to find your classroom.

After registration

Additional steps for new students

If you're a new student, continue to the next enrollment step.

ACC OneCard & tuition refunds

Your personal code will arrive by mail following your first registration. Set up your refund delivery preference using this code. It is important to select your refund preference to receive financial aid or tuition refunds from ACC.

Canceled class notice

Classes can be canceled due to low enrollment, typically at the end of open registration. Check ACCmail in case this affects you.

Schedule changes (adds/drops)

If you already registered during open registration, you can can change your schedule immediately after the semester or session starts. Note that dropping a class may have unexpected consequences.

Review important dates & deadlines

Be aware of important dates and deadlines for each semester or session you take classes.
