The majority of the Bachelor degree programs at the RRHEC are geared toward the working student and offer courses in the afternoon or evening. The EC - 6th and the Nursing program are the only two programs that require full-time enrollment; the other programs only guarantee part-time enrollment each Fall/Spring semester.
