Report to the President
The President
is the recipient of the final audit report. The President meets
with the Auditor to discuss the report, the audit findings, and
the audit recommendations.
Report to the Board of Trustees
The Auditor
reports his/her report to the Board of trustees on quarterly basis.
During this meeting, the Auditor briefly presents the final audit
reports, and answers any questions the Trustees of the Board may
have.
Follow Up
The follow
up process allows the Auditor to determine if the client implemented a
corrective action and it is achieving the desired results.
The review
will conclude with a follow-up report which lists the actions taken by
the client to resolve the original report findings. Unresolved findings
will also appear in the follow-up report and will include a brief
description of the finding, additional action to be taken, current
condition, and the continued exposure to the College.
