Operation and repair of drum/disc type brake systems. Emphasis on safe use of modern equipment. Topics include brake theory, concepts related to design, diagnosis and repair of power assist systems, manual, anti-lock brake systems, scan tool diagnostics, and parking brakes. Prepares students for ASE certification tests. Fee: $16
