Identification

You must present an acceptable form of photo Identification to take the test. We will accept the following forms of Identification:

• State issued driver’s license
• State issued identification card
• Military identification
• Passport
• Government (national or foreign) identification that shows name, address, date of birth, photograph, and signature.

Fees

The fee cost is $20.00 base fee which covers the first two hours and $10.00 per hour after the first two hours. The fee is based on the time limits set by the institution not the actual time it takes to complete the exam and is rounded to the next whole hour. For example if you are permitted 2.5 hours on the exam the charge will be $30.00.

The student is also responsible for any postage, fax, or special delivery charges to return the exam to the institution from which it came. Fax charge is $5.00 for 5 pages anywhere in the United States. Faxes to foreign countries will need to be determined in advance of test date. Postage depends on the method of delivery and carrier.

All fees are non-refundable and due on the day of the exam in advance. Only cash, check or money orders are accepted as a method of payment. There is an ATM in the building if you need one on the day of testing.

Supplies

We provide paper and writing utensils. Students cannot bring cell phones, food, drink, pagers, calculators (unless specified by issuing school/organization), radios, tote bags, textbooks, note books, coats, hats, hand-held electronic games, or other nonessential items.

If you are subject to getting cold during long periods of seating you can bring a sweater but you must be prepared to keep it on for the duration of the exam.
