Note:  Item 12 on page 362 implies that you should use an XSLT processor program to create an output HTML file named messier.htm.  This will not be necessary.  If you have done everything else correctly, simply loading the file named messier.xml into Internet Explorer will cause the transformation to take place "on the fly" producing the output shown in Figure 6-45 on page 360.  Note however that Figure 6-45 shows only the first of nine blocks of output data.  The block following the one shown in Figure 6-45 is titled The Hercules Globular Cluster (m13).

An actual HTML output file is not required.  Therefore, you will not need access to an XSLT processor program.
