Note:  Item 12 on page 438 implies that you should use an XSLT processor to create an output HTML file named polls.htm.  This will not be necessary.  If you have done everything else correctly, simply loading the file named polls.xml into Internet Explorer will cause the transformation to take place "on the fly" producing the output shown in Figure 7-58 on page 437.  (Note that the hyperlinks on the left side of Figure 7-58 do not point to existing web pages.)

An actual HTML output file is not required.  Therefore, you will not need access to an XSLT processor program.
