Modifications to PictureExplorer.java (cont'd)

The modifications were:

• Added a getter methods to cause the red color value to be accessible from outside the PictureExplorer object.
• Added a getter method that returns a reference to the JFrame object containing the PictureExplorer object.
• Disabled the call to the setDefaultCloseOperation method for the PictureExplorer object.
