ACC Scholarships
There are a number of scholarships available. Many are offered to all students, regardles of their area of study. For details on these, visit the Scholarships Program page; the General scholarships are at the bottom of the page.
The Royce & Donna Faulkner endowed scholarship is available strictly for construction students; refer to that page for the application deadline minimum GPA, and other requirements. The number of awards and the dollar amount will be based on the funds available.

The Student Chapter of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) periodically builds and sells cutting boards and has other fundraisers. The proceeds go towards scholarships. Contact instructor and student chapter advisor Pam Powell for details.
Past (and Future?) Scholarships
The Home Depot® has established its first-ever Trade Scholarship Program. Application deadline is June 20, 2009.
- Amounts: $500 will be awarded to more than 600 students enrolled in nationwide building and construction trade programs to help offset the cost of tuition, fees, books and supplies.
- Eligibility:
- Students who are currently enrolled in a building and construction trade school program at a college, university or accredited educational institution
- Students must be entering into the final year or term of their degree or career program.
- Applying: Students can log onto www.homedepot.com/tradescholarship or call 1-877-7HD-LEARN (1-877-743-5327) to learn more and apply.
