SUBJECT: Discussion of FY 1998 --- Mid Year Fiscal Report
RECOMMENDATION
That the Board of Trustees review the report for compliance with the board approved FY 1998 Budget.

This item is consistent with Board approved Policy E-3, College Budget.
RATIONALE
Agenda Item 6841 of July 7, 1997 approved a Balanced Budget for FY 98. The mid year fiscal report demonstrates that fiscal FY 98 is in compliance with the requirement of a balanced budget. The implementation of the Datatel Administration System has delayed the usual financial statement report format. A return to the normal format and time table is expected with the second quarterly fiscal report in mid April.
