That the Board of Trustees begin discussion in six priority policy development areas: Student Goal Completion Graduate Placement Assistance Compensation Principles Resource Development Student Recruitment Comprehensive Policy Comparison to Other Colleges

The Board should initiate an information gathering process from appropriate constituencies.
