SUBJECT: Purchase of Custodial Services
PROPOSED ACTION
The Board of Trustees approve the purchase of custodial services for the following
four campuses from the listed vendors and for the listed contract amounts:

RATIONALE
The proposed purchases will provide custodial services to the listed campuses for a
one-year period with options to renew for three, one-year periods.
BUDGETARY CONSIDERATION
Funds for these items are included in the approved FY99 operating budget.
