SUBJECT: Real Estate - Pinnacle Campus Parking

RECOMMENDATION
That the Board of Trustees authorize the administration to purchase property and establish additional parking at the Pinnacle Campus.

This item is consistent with Strategic Planning Directive 2: Provide facilities for the Pinnacle Campus.

RATIONALE
As the College finalizes planning for the Pinnacle Campus, it is important to address inadequate parking for students.

Not to exceed $833,000
