SUBJECT: Report/Discussion On Strategic Issues Associated With Distance Learning.

PROPOSED ACTION
That the Board of Trustees discuss the Open Campus (Distance Learning) Report, provided under separate cover.

RATIONALE
Distance Learning is an important component in ACC's delivery of college credit courses and training, and plays a key role in many of our partnership initiatives throughout the Service Area. It is important to focus on distance learning as the College finalizes its Comprehensive Master Plan.

BUDGETARY CONSIDERATION
The budgetary implications are reflected in the report, as well as in the current draft of the Comprehensive Master Plan.
