SUBJECT: College Comprehensive Master Plan

PROPOSED ACTION:
That the Board of Trustees adopt the proposed College Comprehensive Master Plan.

RELATED BOARD POLICY OR RESOLUTION:
Policies E-1, Master Planning, and E-2, Facilities Planning, call for Board consideration of strategic plans for the College.

RATIONALE:
The prioritization of the elements of ACC's strategic plan have particular urgency since voters did not approve the increased tax revenues which would have been required to fully fund the goals identified by the Citizens' Advisory Committee.

BUDGETARY CONSIDERATIONS:
The Master Plan developed in response to Board policy and directives is of fundamental importance to the budgets of the next few years. The budgetary impact of specific proposals for the first year of the plan were included in recently passed budget.
