PROPOSED ACTION:
That
the Board of Trustees discuss and evaluate the activities and performance of
the Board during the past year.

DIRECTIVE
The
item is consistent with Board Policies, Group B, Board Operations.
The Board of Trustees
conducts a self evaluation annually in the last month of the calendar
year. We do this in order to identify
areas which need improvement, as well as areas in which we hope to continue to
excel. The result is a clearer
understanding by all members regarding the ways the Board can add value to the
College.
