ORDER AMENDING AGREEMENT BY

THE MANOR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

AND THE AUSTIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT

TO HOLD JOINT ELECTION IN CERTAIN VOTING PRECINCTS

ON MAY 4, 2002

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Austin Community College District (“ACC”) and Manor Independent School District (“MISD”) adopted an “Agreement by the Manor Independent School District and the Austin Community College District to Hold Joint Election in Certain Voting Precincts on May 4, 2002; and

WHEREAS, the Board wishes to change the conduct of said election;

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED by the Boards of Trustees of the MISD and the ACC that:

Section 1. Amendment to Conduct of Election. MISD and ACC shall use separate election officials in each election precinct in which a common election is held. Separate ballots, ballot boxes, tally sheets, and returns forms will be used by the MISD and ACC in each election precinct in which a common election is held. MISD and ACC shall use separate voter sign-in processes consisting of separate lists of registered voters and separate poll lists in each election precinct in which a common election is held. Ms. Shirley Brown shall be the custodian of all materials used in common in those precincts where a joint election is held.
