the Board of Trustees discuss the draft of the FY03-05 Comprehensive
Master Plan.

RATIONALE:The
Comprehensive Master Plan serves as ACC’s guide to strategic planning and
annual budget allocations.As was
done with the previous Master Plan, input from the Board is sought during
the annual retreat.
