RECOMMENDATION:

That the Board of Trustees hear the staff report on college organizational principles, and discuss points of interest.

This item is consistent with Board Policy C-2, College Organizational Principles.

RATIONALE:

The College should periodically review its structure to determine if it is meeting the objectives of Board policy.
