Interoffice Mail:        The Departmental Administrative Assistant will arrange for your mailbox at the campus or campuses where your classes are held.  Please check your mailbox at all locations each time you are on campus.  Mail is delivered once in the morning and once in the afternoon at Northridge, Cyrpress, Rio Grande, Riverside, Pinnacle, Eastview, and South Austin Campuses.

For Round Rock Higher Education: delivery is once daily Monday through Thursday.
Be sure to mark this mail with the name of the person receiving mail, the department, and the code "RRHEC"

TIPS ON ADDRESSING INTERCAMPUS MAIL:
1.  Cross out any other names on both sides of the envelopes.
2.  Start on a new line adn pelase write legibly or print full name of recipient.
3.  Put only one campus location on the envelope even if the person is located one two campuses.

Keys:    All keys to offices, furniture, and some types of equipment are issued through the Campus Police Office at your work location.  Requests for keys must be approved by your immediate supervisor on a "Key Request Form," available in the Campus Police Office or at  http://www3.austincc.edu/it/eforms/
Keyword search: "Key."   Keys should not be loaned or exchanged with other personnel and cannot be duplicated.  Keys will be turned in at the termination of yoru employment or when directed by Campus Police.  Keys to the building are issued only by permission of an Executive Vice President or Campus Administration Office.  Employees must turn in their keys to the immediate supervisor prior to termination.
