Administrative Assistant
Job Description: We are a rental and service company of
sanitation products for military and commercial customers. We operate
on five military installations located throughout the United States.
Our focus
is to exceed our customer’s expectations with the best service
and products available in our industry.
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to help our Austin
team, during our busy season. You would be responsible for data entry
of new
orders and modifications to existing orders. You would help answer
customer
service calls and make routine customer courtesy calls. You would
prepare
and insure the accuracy of invoices for small purchase orders and
monthly
contracted orders. You would follow a daily schedule to check requests
and
reports to ensure customer satisfaction.

Education/Certifications Required: GED-Some College

Part Time Receptionist /
Administrative Assistant
Dynamic,
Austin-based engineering firm seeks Part-time
Receptionist/Administrative
Assistant willing to assist with most administrative aspects of
managing a
growing firm. The successful candidate
will work 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and report to our
Office
Manager.
The
primary responsibilities for the entry level role will include:

Managing
communications by handling telephone calls, incoming and outgoing mail,
and
reception
-
Word
processing
-
Assisting
with monthly project invoicing
-
Other
basic administrative duties as required – filing, ordering office
supplies,
etc. as assigned by the Office Manager
Key
traits – Strong interpersonal and organization skills, commitment
to accuracy,
and attention to detail – Basic Microsoft Office skills; and
courtesy, patience
and team orientation are a must. Some
experience in an office environment strongly preferred.
Pay
will be
commensurate with experience.
