Hello! For nearly 30 years, I have specialized in English (composition and literature) at the community college level. Since the spring of 2000, many of my courses have been offered in an online setting. 

I've worked with students of all ages-- elementary through graduate school. I also taught math at a middle school and coached tennis, volleyball, and basketball.

In addition, I have served as an adjunct for Texas State, Howard College (San Angelo), Temple Junior College, University of Phoenix, and Panola College.

Today, at Austin Community College (ACC), I am an adjunct professor, writing tutor, and registration liaison (an assistant to the dean). Early in my career, I served in the Adjunct Faculty Association as both a campus representative, treasurer and secretary. 

I earned my BS in Education at Texas A&M University and MA in English from Angelo State University.
