Tutoring and open labA&E CAD provides open labs where students have access to an open computer. Lab hours are:
Tutors are also available at scheduled times during the regular semester. Tutoring hours are listed below and posted in the hallways. In case an open lab is full, most instructors have an 'open seat' policy, meaning that students may work at an available station in a classroom where a class is in session with the instructor's permission. Check the Tutoring Schedule below to see when tutors are available. Tutors are available during the Summer 2009 semester at the hours shown below: Although we provide Open Lab for our students, it is not an ACC requirement. If a tutor is unavailable, Open Lab may be closed. Lab hours may be inconsistent during the first two weeks of the semester until tutoring schedules are finalized. Tech Support All our computer labs are equipped with up-to-date workstations running the latest releases of our software, all impeccably maintained by our helpful technical support staff. Student data is backed up regularly, and archived work is available on request. |
