Real Estate Brokerage
A study of law of agency, planning and organization, operation policies and procedures, recruiting, seelections and training of personel, records and control and real estate firm analysis and expansion criteria.
This class is required for brokerage licensing under TREC.
During this class you will write an office policy and prepare a business plan for your proposed brokerage business.

A study of contract law with an emphasis on TREC contract forms. During this course you will complete various TREC contracts using information provided by the instructor. At the conclusion of the class, students should have a firm grasp of all the provisions of the sales contract.
