Carnival ah! Event Submission Form

2012 Theme:
"How did you get here?"

Our annual celebration of the Arts and Humanities at Austin Community College
WEDNESDAY APRIL 11th & THURSDAY APRIL 12th, 2012
10am - 10pm both in and out of doors on the ACC Rio Grande Campus

EVENT PROPOSALS submissions deadline: FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17th, 2012

  • ALL EVENTS must be a minimum of 20 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours.
    For events under 20 minutes, there will be Open Mic Opportunities TBA.

  • ALL EVENTS must be accompanied by a Q&A, Discussion, or Equivalent
    This time does not have to be factored into your event duration. If you are
    submitting an event of an hour, we will accommodate this extra time added
    onto your event
    .

ACCEPTING EVENT PROPOSALS including, but not limited to:

  • Performance of Dance, Music, Theatre, Performance Art, etc.
  • Visual Arts Gallery Space
  • Readings / Lectures / Workshops / Forums / Presentations
  • Outdoor sites for ACC RGC art installation & transformation
  • Display, crafts, and presentation booths
  • Outdoor Classrooms
  • Film / Media works for indoor / outdoor screenings

If you have an event that falls outside of these parameters, we are more than interested!!!
