Welcome to Austin Community College.

In 1973 Austin Community College opened its doors to 2,363 students. Since then, ACC has evolved into the primary gateway to higher education in Central Texas, enrolling nearly 37,000 credit students each semester.

For the past 36 years, not only has ACC assisted thousands of people in improving their lives, we have been a major contributor to economic development throughout this region. I’m proud of the students, faculty, and staff of the Austin Community College District, and of the significant contributions the college has made to the quality of life in Central Texas. 

It is an honor to serve as the President/CEO of the Austin Community College District, and I thank you for your interest and support of our great college.
