There are two types of departmental course ID's. Make sure you get the course ID for the right type of course.
These are not available for student enrollment. An instructor who wishes to use MyMathLab in a section, whether required or optional, can start from one of these templates. It is expected that the instructor will familiarize him or herself with the copied course and make appropriate changes. For more information, see this document describing the templates.
If you intend to require MyMathLab in your section, be sure you have filled out the survey sent each semester by email, no later than the deadline given in the email. For questions about requiring MyMathLab in a lecture section, please contact Yvette Riddick.

*The MATH 1314 template is new, and the written homework list to accompany it has not been published in the math manual. It is available here. Keep in mind that this template was not completed in time to be reviewed by the course committee.
These courses are not available for instructors to copy. Students whose instructors have not set up a MyMathLab course, but want to access the practice problems and learning aides, may enroll in these courses. The work done will not be accessible to any instructors, and therefore cannot contribute toward students' grades. If you do not intend to set up your own MyMathLab course, you should give students this course ID in your first day handouts.
