Information about Texas residency:
It does not matter where you live for Continuing Education courses - the tuition is the same whether you are in or out-of-district. Please Note: College Credit coursework does charge different rates depending on your residency.
Texas residents are designated as in-district or out-of-district for tuition based on the address filed with Admissions when they register. ACC District boundaries match the Austin, Leander and Manor Independent School Districts. If you live in one of these school districts you are considered in-district for tuition purposes.
Texas law requires residency information to be audited by ACC Admissions. Additional documentation to establish residency may be required by that office.
