The program application for the individual program will specify which immunizations are required for that program.

For program applications submitted to the Health Professions Institute (HBC), students must initiate the background check process at least 5 days PRIOR to the date on which you submit your program application to HPI (date of background check submission is required on all program application forms). Your acceptance to the program is conditional upon successful completion of the criminal background check.
