Room Rental
  1. All external organizations will be charged the One-Hour Minimum, and Per-Hour charge for each hour thereafter.

  2. Local government units using College facilities will be charged the Special Hourly Rate.

  3. Official College organizations will be charged the Special Hourly Rate when use of the facility occurs outside the regular operation hours.

  4. Exceptions to the rates may be approved by the appropriate Vice President if the activity is deemed to be a value to College students, faculty, and staff, or if the College will share in revenue raised by an event.
