The chemistry department at Austin Community College offers five lecture courses and five laboratory courses

• Introduction to Chemistry (1305 Lecture and 1105 Lab)
• General Chemistry I (1311 Lecture and 1111 Lab)
• General Chemistry II (1312 Lecture and 1112 Lab)
• Organic Chemistry I (2323 Lecture and 2123 Lab)
• Organic Chemistry II (2325 Lecture and 2125 Lab)

As of the fall of 2006 there are approximately 1400 students in 95 16-week combined lecture/lab sessions and 27 students enrolled in two 12-week sessions. The ACC Chemistry Department now has fourteen full-time faculty, who teach almost half of all classes, as well as nineteen adjunct faculty who teach the other half of all classes.
